JOURNEY with other women to immerse in the beauty and quiet of a habitat preserve along the Yuba River. MEANDER through the woods to identify local plant allies, TASTE wild food and drinks, MAKE plant medicine, MEDITATE to the sounds of the wild, LEARN how to embrace local food diversity through native plants. RESTORE with a waterfall massage, RELAX on sun-warmed granite rocks, then take a cool PLUNGE into the healing water of the Yuba. HEAL with horses to receive clarity and life insights.
